 Ami Cree and Bill Karns have partnered together, choosing Waynesburg as their center of operations; a central location to the counties they serve.    

 Ami Cree, a lifetime resident of the area, earned both her Bachelors Degree and her Masters Degree from Waynesburg College.  Prior to becoming co-owner of Padgett, Ami worked eight years with a Pittsburgh area financial group.  She resides on a small farm in Khedive with her husband Bill and their two children, Al and Beth Marie.  Bill is a third generation dairy farmer.

 Bill Karns earned Bachelors Degree from Penn State and his Masters Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.  He has over twenty-seven years experience in financial reporting and analysis for the retail, manufacturing, and distribution industries.  His wife Kathy is an analyst for Mellon Bank.   

 Cree and Karns' Padgett office offers a personalized monthly profit and loss statement, all payroll reporting, on-going tax planning and business consulting, along with pick-up and delivery service.
